Utilizing polystyrene (PS) resin as the primary raw material, toughening agents, stabilizers, fillers, and necessary foaming aids are incorporated in accordance with specific product performance requirements. These components are thoroughly blended using high-speed mixing equipment to ensure the uniform distribution of all ingredients, thereby guaranteeing stable and consistent processing performance during subsequent stages.
The blended material is fed into an extruder, where, under the combined effects of high-temperature heating and screw shearing, it gradually melts and plasticizes to form a homogeneous melt. This melt is then extruded through a specialized die to create a board-like structure. During this process, the design of the die-which determines the wall panel's thickness, cross-sectional profile, and internal structure-serves as the critical factor in ensuring the quality of the molded product.
The newly extruded panels are rapidly cooled and set using either a water-cooling tank or an air-cooling system; simultaneously, a traction mechanism regulates the line speed to ensure dimensional stability. Once set, the wall panels undergo surface finishing treatments-such as thermal transfer printing, lamination, or spray coating-to achieve decorative effects resembling wood grain, stone textures, or solid colors. Finally, the panels undergo cutting, quality inspection, and packaging before being released as finished products.
